During the designated day/time, the therapist will connect energetically with the recipient and conduct a Reiki session. The most valuable feature of Distant Reiki is that the recipient does not have to be present for the session. 

The recipient can go about their business as the Reiki therapist performs the session. 

In a Distant Reiki session, the recipient receives the same Reiki healing energy whether they are present for the session or not. The session will be designed based on the recipient’s needs in consultation with the Reiki Therapist.
